Essential Service Plan: Starts at $25

This plan is perfect for small business and individual users looking for a set monthly cost for support. With response times of less than hour hours, your monthly cost includes desktop or laptop support, managed anti-virus, web protection and filtering, file sharing permission administration, patch management for Windows OS, remote troubleshooting access, printer support for one printer, account or billing software support, Microsoft Office support, personal phone mail support, and cloud document backups for one desktop.



Standard Service Plan: Starts at $45

This plan is ideal for small and medium sized businesses that utilize one or more servers. In less than two hours, you will have access to our certified technicians that can assist with desktop or laptop support, patch management for Windows OS, remote troubleshooting access, printer support for one printer per user, account or billing software support, Microsoft Office support, personal phone mail support, VPN and patch management.

Services provided include: managed anti-virus, web protection and filtering, file sharing permission administration, as well as server health monitoring and reporting and active directory management. Get a jump on your competitors with yearly warranty reports and technology reviews.



Premium Service Plan: Starts at $65

We like to call this plan 'the works', in an hours time have access to workstation management, server and network management, as well as Wireless Internet management and monitoring, as well as network device monitoring and switch management. Includes as well are warranty reports, disaster recovery reviews, regulatory compliance reviews, and quarterly technology reviews.



These costs are the monthly cost per workstation or server, virtual or physical.

 

AGREEMENT AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

A service contract term is 1 year and require any setup fees as well as first months subscription upon signing. Rates are dependant upon the plan you choose. Charges are based on the number of PCs, laptops, servers, and virtual servers you utilize.

Service calls are $120 per hour, after the allotted hours per month are used. All services performed will be during normal business hours. Emergency services will be performed at the 1.5 x the contract rate during extended hours, and 2 x the contract rate during weekend hours.

Any hardware or software purchases will be separate from your monthly contract. This would include backup software, billing and accounting software, Microsoft applications, phone software, hardware require to host server, hardware required to hold backups, etc. Only the management of these items are included in your contract.

The maintenance and monitoring is a best effort service. Maintenance and monitoring will not detect, mitigate or correct 100% of all issues.

Extended hours are Monday through Friday 5:01pm to 7:50am EST, as well as Saturday 8am to 5pm EST. Weekend hours are Sundays as well as National and Local Holidays.
